At approximately 9:10 AM EDT on Monday, May 4, 2026, a subset of users in a single pod in the Class hosted environment experienced issues joining classes. Class engineers were immediately engaged and took corrective action. At approximately 9:25 AM EDT, the issue was resolved. The service continues to operate as expected. Class engineers will continue to closely monitor the systems.
