Monday, October 20, 2025, 7:40 AM EDT (Eastern Daylight Time) UTC/GMT -4 hours - Some Collaborate (US) users cannot connect to MCU sessions (non-Chime) due to an outage in AWS. The root cause of the issue has been identified, and AWS services are recovering. Our engineering team is working with AWS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
